Popis knihy
The topic of the present volume is etymological research into Old Church Slavonic in wider Slavonic and Indo-European perspectives, namely in the context of the upcoming finalization of the Etymological Dictionary of the Old Church Slavonic Language, so far the only existing comprehensive etymological dictionary of this language. First versions of most of these texts were presented at the international conference Etymological Symposium Brno 2014: Etymological Research into Old Church Slavonic, organized by the Etymological Department of the Institute of the Czech Language of the AS CR, and held in Brno, Czech Republic, on 9–11 September 2014.
