The book Principles of Bata Management System belongs to the so-called post-Bata literature. These books could only be published by the authors after 1990 due to political restrictions. Zdenek Rybka graduated from Bata School of Labour. He used Bata´s principles throughout his career not only in all the job positions he held, but also in his private life. The book presents dozens of Bata´s principles, which the author describes based on personal experience. It also describes Tomas Bata in his individual roles and positions. The chapters are readable, concise and short. The reader is thus able to get acquainted with the basic topics and areas of the Bata management system throughout the 30 chapters. The book is intended for anyone who needs to quickly get an overview of Bata management system and the personality of Tomas Bata.
