Popis knihy
In recent years many research groups have studied ways to toughen epoxy resins. The methods used to enhance the mechanical properties, without deteriorating the thermal stability of the resin, include the incorporation of solid inorganic or thermoplastic particles, core-shell particles, liquid reactive rubbers, co-reticulation with other curable resins to form interpenetrating polymer networks and lately by the incorporation of nanoparticles.
