Popis knihy
The goal of this text is to introduce and briefly characterize basic categories and areas of somatopedics - special education of individuals with limited motor skills. We are dealing with the terminology, the definition, reference fields, the history, and other theoretical aspects of somatopedics. We are also dealing with the issue of the rehabilitation of individuals with limited motor skills and the rehabilitation in the medical, pedagogical, social, and working areas. Other chapters are focused on basic psychosocial and medical aspects of the limitation of motor skills and describe the most commonly used therapeutic approaches to individuals with limited motor skills.
